Our Services
In-person financial education workshops structured around the real financial decisions Spanish families make every day.
Three workshop programmes
Each programme is a standalone offering that can also be combined with others for a more comprehensive learning journey.
Intelligent Household Budget Management
This workshop programme focuses on building a clear, honest picture of how money moves through a household. Participants learn to distinguish between fixed and variable expenses, identify spending patterns that often go unnoticed, and construct a budget structure that reflects their actual family situation rather than an idealised one.
Sessions use cost-of-living data specific to Spain, with exercises calibrated to different income levels. The goal is not to create a perfect budget on paper but to develop an understanding of where financial decisions are made and how small adjustments accumulate over time.
- Income and expense mapping methodology
- Fixed vs. variable cost analysis
- Identifying unnoticed spending patterns
- Building a realistic household budget structure
- Take-home budget template and reference guide
Monthly Savings Techniques
Saving consistently is more a structural challenge than a willpower one. This workshop examines how to build savings into a monthly budget as a fixed commitment rather than an afterthought. Participants explore methods suited to variable income situations, which are common in Spain across self-employed workers, seasonal employees, and households with irregular earnings.
The session includes practical exercises on calculating a realistic savings capacity, choosing where to direct savings, and maintaining the habit through months when finances are tighter than usual.
- Calculating realistic monthly savings capacity
- Savings-first vs. savings-last approaches
- Adapting to variable income months
- Short, medium, and long-term savings purposes
Annual Expense Planning
Many financial difficulties arise not from unexpected events but from predictable expenses that arrive without preparation: back-to-school costs in September, insurance renewals, summer holidays, Christmas spending, or car servicing. This workshop builds the habit of anticipating the full year's cost landscape and spreading provision for irregular expenses across the months.
Participants leave with a 12-month expense calendar and a method for calculating monthly provisions for each irregular cost category.
- Full-year expense calendar construction
- Identifying and categorising irregular costs
- Monthly provision calculation method
- Emergency fund structuring basics
- Reviewing and adjusting the plan quarterly
