What to expect from a session
Arrival and Welcome
Sessions begin with a brief introduction and an overview of the session's objectives. Participants receive their materials and have time to ask initial questions before the structured content begins.
Framework Presentation
The facilitator presents the conceptual framework for the session topic, using clear language and concrete examples drawn from Spanish household situations. No jargon, no abstract theory.
Hands-On Exercises
Participants work through structured exercises individually or in pairs, applying the session's tools to realistic scenarios. Facilitators circulate and provide direct support throughout the exercise period.
